It might not be easy knowing the names of all your customers but knowing most of your customers names will also help them remember you too.

Listening to someone means hearing what they say,what they didn't say and what they really mean. To listen more, you need not interrupt. Listen for the feeling of the one talking. Doing so creates an instant impression and also build a solid foundation.

To influence your customers, you need to know what matters to them. Knowing their needs draws them closer and will definitely keep them coming back.
